In order to apply for a licence to copy/and or distribute Production Music Works, the relevant application for Music Licence must be fully and accurately completed by the Producer, and received by Cue Music. This application must be carried out for each separate production incorporating any Production Music Works, and the Producer must deliver the properly completed form to Cue Music immediately upon completion of the production.
Licences for the recording of Production Music Works are granted in the form of invoices at rates published in the Cue Music rate card and/or on terms and conditions set out on the invoices. However, where the relevant application for Music Licence/cue sheet/music report has not been received by Cue Music in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Conduct, Cue Music reserves the right to charge rates above those published.
Licences are at all times conditional upon full compliance with the terms and conditions set out in the licence document, including the payment of the royalties and other fees specified in the invoice and the VAT thereon within the period stated in the invoice. The standard terms on which licences are granted for the use of Production Music Works are printed on the invoice.
All Production Music Works distributed by Cue Music are copyright protected by law.
If/when the Production Music Works are broadcasted or publicly performed in any way (TV and radio) they must also be reported and licensed by the appropriate Performing Rights Society by the Broadcaster.Producer will supply Broadcaster with cue sheet/music application form.

This Licence shall be construed according to the Laws of Sweden and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Swedish Courts.
